A search engine based website is required

I am looking for a search engine that could help business people search products and services.

When someone put keywords, engine rank products and services according to influence of that product in social networks like twitter, facebook and other social networks.

A product A with more social influce will be ranked higher than product b with less influnce and less discussed in social engines.
