Clean up html for one page to make IE compliant (need done in 1 hour)

I have one html page (with css) that I need fixed to address a handful of issues. It resolves pretty well in Chrome, Firefox and Safari but has real problems in IE7. I'm attaching both the psd of the design and the current html/css. I'm also attaching a couple of screenshots from IE7 so you can see the major issues.

So, the issues in IE7 are:

1) The alignment of the whole "Looks Who's being Kind" section is way off.

2) The alignment of the search box is off (it is too close to the logo at the top)

3) Within the search box, there is a blue border around the text input area.

Also, the information in the footer seems to be a different font and spacing versus the psd.
