Attarctive webiste template required

I need a beautiful looking website template for my website [url removed, login to view], the theme color for this website i require is BLACK and RED major BLACK or instead of black you can go with GREEN color (pakistan flag color), the template needs to be very attractive. Every page of the website needs to have a banner related to that page and on the home page i require a big banner or flash kind of work (preferred) with big banner. please take a look on the current website design which is ok but not that attractive plus the website template need to be as light as possible.
As i have a lot of designing work one who is up to the mark can consider a lot of work in future..
