I would like to have a homepage created that can be personalized by individuals. Like <[url removed, login to view]> . I want it to use googles rss feeds to allow people to get local news directly on their site. I would also like a google search included, I have the code for this. The main feature I am looking for is to have several features from my site <[url removed, login to view]> added to the homepage. One I would like people to be able to login and post new ads from this homepage, the more they can do straight from this page the better! I would like newly added puppies to be displayed in some sort of way that keeps the page light, but still allows it be relevant. I would like the pictures to be displayed, maybe also some sort of rotating gallery of pictures that can be displayed so people can just see images.
Finally, design is as important as the programming. I want a very clean look, something similar to netvibes & googles homepage. I would like it to also remember the individual who has logged in.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
