We are creating a website for a church, and need a portion of the site to be programmed and administered using Wordpress. Therefore, we need a complete Wordpress template and framework created specific to the designs and needs of the church.
Please see the attached requirements document for details and screen designs. An optional second spec document is provided, with an explanation of its purpose in provided the main requirements document.
We would like to see this created as quickly as possible, without it being a rush. Please specify how long you would need to build it.
Note that Freelancer requires I specify a budget but I really have no idea what the cost should be. If you can do it for less than $250, please bid correctly. If on the other hand, the amount of work would require more than $750, please specify the cost. I will consider all bids, and will base my decision on ratings from past projects plus timeframe to complete and budget.
