Customization of WP default theme to use as NEWS WEBSITE

I will provide you the WP default theme, installed on my domain. I need to customize the default theme to same as my sample front-end (attached screen shot) , Home-page, Category page and Post's page has to be customized too. and change all font face (with Right To Left font) and add some widgets that require for a Online News website, such as Media Gallery and embed (custom grabbed) feeds from external websites. The sample look of the front-page is attached. but thats not final one
You have to be careful before bidding:

External Website Grabber (filter/replaceable) needed and also other features that a ONLINE NEWS website may need.
** In addition to the News website, I also need to some customization to my Classified Website (made in WP). pls agree all this before u bid.
