Custom Wordpress admin area

I need to change the header and footer of the wordpress admin so that way it looks more like my site. I don't like that the admin has wordpress advertising all over the place. I will pay $30 to add my logo to the top of the wordpress admin area.

I also don't want when wordpress updates that this file be overwritten I want the admin area to always have my company logo.
