Create wordpress template from PSD

Hi there,

I would like to convert the attached to Wordpress + a gallery plugin to get the gallery section working.

The image attached is an example of the front page with the header and footer which will be the template.

I can supply the image in PSD.

Please let me know what you will charge for this.
