Build IceCast Wordpress Plugin: Top10 & Recently w/ voting

We need an application built that connects to our IceCast Server, it will be attached to our Wordpress website. These are the following things we need it to do:
- Have a "Recently Played" widget area the shows the 10 most recently played songs, it will call the song and artist names from the icecast server. Beside each song we will need a vote up or down and a facebook “share” button so when you click it the song is shared on facebook.
- We will also want a standalone page people can visit to see a larger list of recently played songs, probably the last 50 played, and a time when the song started beside (this can be approximate) with the same voting and share features.
- Have a Top 10 widget which shows the top 10 songs with the highest votes, and we would like the ability to change how often it resets the votes. We aren't sure if we would like the votes to reset daily, weekly, or monthly. So having the option of all 3 is what we would like.
-We will also want a standalone page people can visit to see a larger list of top songs, probably top 50 with the same voting and share features.
-We want the widget to be customizable in appearance.
-Lastly we would like to be able to change the total amounts for example 20 recently played opposed to 10 recently played and top 7 as opposed to top 10.
