converting png to Adobe Indesign

we have designed our brochures in fireworks PNG 600 dpi images and we need those 5 images to become one PDF document. As I understand it our images must be re-created in Adobe Indesign file format to save the overall file size without losing clarity of the texts and supporting images. The current PDF files based on our PNG images is 8 MB. We need to shrink them down to 700-800KB. We are looking for a graphic house with experiences in print works and web designs. 5 firework PNG files will need to be rebuilt within Adobe Indesign to create one PDF of 5 page brochure. We have plenty of more work after this one. Sammy
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I have attached a zip file that has our final brochure with all 5 pages as compressed as possible (still fuzzy), plus page #2 in PNG that was used to make it to be part of the final PDF.
At the end, our PDF came out to be 8 MB which is still fuzzy and unacceptable to be used for online emailing to our clients.
The final PDF goal is 750KB with clear contents.
