We need to create a display board for a rental car agency. These display boards will show preffered customers where there cars are located so they do not have to stand in line.
We have 3 current display boards located in various location located on the business network.
The information needs to be visually pleasing, so it needs to look nice.
Some additional needs,
We need multiple people to be able to update the information that needs to be displayed.
Example 1. when the register is printed of incomming customers the person in charge of entering into the fastbreak screens will need to permissions to enter in information.
exampl 2. when the car leaves the lot the security attendant will need the permissin to archive the person so the name is removed from the screen before the scheduled time exipres the persons name
A web based application and users will need to be given permission to add and remove names and the orher permissions will have the ability to only archive the customer names.
We need a total of at least 33 lines and the screen is in horizontal position including a header.
The attached photo will give you an idea of what the screen currently has listed for colums.
When the user is entering in customer information the space number needs to list in a drop down with the spaces to chose from. F1 - F33
Also once the job is complete we request at least 3 revisions based on layouts and minor changes
