Complete an installed Wordpress Site with Theme with customizations

This can be done in phases. This bid being the first phase. Using latest Wordpress version already installed on my server and a purchased theme which is already installed with latest update, I'm unable to get the photos and thumbnails to render properly. Unable to get support from theme developer.
Need to get the photos and featured thumbnails working correctly and some content added (will be provided and the menu items for this restaurant site will be copied from the existing website).
Then the client can review and request any customizations to the design of the template.
End of this Phase 1 and this bid. Future work that is available for this project after the client has reviewed the initial site can be handled on an hourly basis or rebid. Then the site will need to be transitioned to the main web address once control is taken from the current webmaster.
This should be a very easy job but will lead to more work if I like working with you. I have many more projects to do, some are wordpress and some are more sophisticated.
