For BlackBerry Devices only:
I need a utility piece of code that does the following:
When installed and running on a BlackBerry device, a small utility will read the BB GPS location or, if no GPS signal, read the cell tower or other triangulation methods to get the device's location. The utility will transmit this location to a web site which has Google Maps and will show where the device is.
The application can have an icon or be on the options page of the device with the following configuration selections:
1. Turning this utility off/on.
2. Update frequency (every 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour)
For the website application:
1. Only requirement is to show the map with a flashing dot and the PIN number of the device.
**Important**
This is framework code for use by others.
**The code must be completely documented** virtually line by line so that any programmer at any level can read it, understand what is being done and incorporate it into other programs.
