Baltimore Code Violation Scraping

**Description:**

Build a stand alone program that follows the process below. The program should be easy to operate and should not take more than a few clicks to get started. If you are able to complete this work by the deadline and to specifications there will be more work available.

**Process:**

Select: neighborhoods one by one (program should allow user to select which neighborhoods should be scraped)

Scrape columns:

Address

Vacant

Notice Number

District

Neighborhood

Click on the globe icon in the Map column for each property.

Click on icon in the center of the map marked by the address balloon

Click on Property Record Link

Extract all data columns in provided spreadsheet to excel.
