Design change on one of my web pages

I have an ecommerce website: mancaveitems(dot)com that needs some changes to one portion of the site.
If you look across the top click on "exBEERience".....across the right side of that page you will see the sub categories. If you click on "man card court", this is the page that I need some changes to.
First, I need the name Man Card Court to show up in the drop down box from exBEERience, this is the only category that isn't there.
The biggest part of this project is that I want this page to be similar to another website page:
http://officialmancard[dot]com/category/revocations/
As you can see, users can submit info, and users can vote.
It doesnt have to be exactly the same, just the same concept. In fact I would want to change some wording so that I would not be copying.
