Customized Web Design Coding and CoreCommerce Integration

I am looking for someone who is able to take a basic logo and website design mockup I have created (not html ready) for an online contemporary women's apparel boutique and do the complete coding and integration into CoreCommerce (coding on all basic templates is provided in CoreCommerce for a starting point if needed). I need someone who is creative and can clean up and add professional effects to my rough concept. Ability to effectively communicate any concerns or suggestions in order to ensure a mutually beneficial product is a MUST! -Person must be familiar with SEO/Meta Tags, drop down menus, live chat integration,creating buttons, banners

-Person must be familiar with CoreCommerce and be able to create this customized design without losing any functionality of the CoreCommerce features

-Project must be finished by COB December 14th or with only minor tweaks left.
