Convert PNG to Wordpress theme

Actually, I want a mock-up I made for my wordpress blog's new theme to be turned into an actual theme. I am willing to spend only $30 - $40. If someone wants, I can send one of the iPhone 3G media sample cases my company has received to review.

You can PM to get access to the link of mockup as I don't anyone to copy my idea. Also, I want the rights for it (i.e. the same will not be sold to anyone else) but designer may mention his name linked to his portfolio at end of the footer.

Also, my graphic designing department can provide all the graphics if needed and proper dimensions for them are quoted.

You will also need to embed the featured articles thing as on top of posts at http://theiphoneblog.com/ Space to add it will be marked in mock-up. Also, I will give $50 for this whole thing including the featured.

You can't redistribute or use the themes and must give me the full rights to it (I won't resell).
