This project would entail creating an entire website similar to [login to view URL], or www.freelancer.com
It would need the ability to have profiles for "employers" and "contractors". Contractors would then search for employers or employers could post their requested jobs.
-The website could be used in "employer" or "contractor" mode.
-The website would need to be credit card and paypal friendly.
-Employers would need to be able to submit their profiles for review to the company.
-Security would be very important. Financial security and identity security is a must.
-Flawless social media connection will be important: FB, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterist, etc. I want people to be able to log in with their facebook accounts if they choose to.
-The budget for this is not flexible. It must be able to be done in the stated fixed, preferably for less than $2000 USD.
-I need to have 6 months worth of update ability once the website is created. Plus 12 months of IT support.
