Abstract of Functions:

Front End: Customers Back End: Administrator and 3~5 Editors

Step 1: Payment and Create Account

Customer can make payment online via [url removed, login to view] or PayPal API, then the password will be emailed to the customer. (Don’t need to use Shopping Cart, Just Direct Payment)

The credit card information is using secure connection and recorded in his account. So that next time customer will not need to input credit card information again while shopping new service.

Step 2: Login Account, Read online pdf documents, and Upload their documents, administrator’s approval of messages and finished documents to be seen by customers

Then, customer can login the website using account and password.

There are some default instruction documents (pdf) related to our services in the account while they login the website. They can view or download these documents online.

They can upload the documents (word or pdf) in the interface. While they click the submit button, the task will be in pending assignment.

The administrator can login the backend and assign individual customer to a certain editor. The editor can login and see the customer‘s information which they are assigned with by the administrator.

The customer can leave message in the account to their editor. And the editor can reply to the message while they login backend. The administrator can see all the messages of each clients and the response of

their editors. However, after editor replys the message to their assigned customer, the message needs administrator’s approval so that the customer can see the replied message.

And the editor can download the documents the customer uploaded. After the editor finishes the editing, editor will upload them. Still, only after the administrator’s approval that the customer will see the edited documents via the editor.

Other Minor Points:

1. If the customer wants to edit additional documents, they can upload a new document and click submit.

However, they will automatically be charged by the stored credit card. No credit card information needs to be filled again.

2. The customer can upload the documents again if they want a revision. And after the service is finished, they can rate their editor (1~5 stars) and leave comments.
