Capture my Vbulletin Forum feed into a html table

I have the latest Vbulletin installed and I have a subdomain running where I would like to integrate a table/box/area that displays a a niminated number of static links to the latest posts in my Vbulletin forum.

I require help with creating the capture/feed code from VB as well as creating and integrating the matching table to fit into the 2 adsense units on [url removed, login to view] .

You will need to have VB experinece. Also pls explain how you plan to solve the request.
