Build an Online Store - Prestashop / Drupal E-commerce

We search for an EXPERIENCED freelancer / team to help us build an e-commerce shop in 4 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, for about 50 products, with different categories. We want also the platform to contain the modules that will execute and optimize:
- Payment (Paypal, and local French / German payment solution) Which payment solutions do you advice?
- Module to link with the logisticians / importing software optimization / adding products easily from software (which software do you advice)
The job is to have the standard installation and processes work how they should: checkout process, PayPal API, emails, contact form, guest/customer data, login, BackOffice etc. all must work properly.
Contractor must have knowledge of PrestaShop and Modules (especially PayPal) and its known issues. You are free in the implementation and proposals, but cannot illegally copy paste someone else’s PS site. When changes in files or the db are made, PS’s modules, functionality and security should remain intact.
