Basic Clothing Company Website (similar to another site clone)

I want to build a website simillar to this site [url removed, login to view] same as this one logo is coming soon, but i need the website in a slightly different layout so it did not violate any policies. I will need a mockup asap

I will need a shopping cart with 5 items that submit the orders form to an email (no payment processor) - just shopping cart functionality

I want all the functions and features same. again all features and same as this one is.
