AdultVideoScript Technician needed

I need some help regarding [url removed, login to view] . Website is based on AdultVideoScript. I have a list:

- To make the Category link to resemble [url removed, login to view] .. where every category is represented by a thumb (rotates on hover) ... All these thumbs Photo-Categories can be added on top of the existing categories with 2 video per cat.

- Add new tab Forum , linked to [url removed, login to view]

- Add new tab Asusila, linked to [url removed, login to view]

- Add extra blocks on the left side of the homepage for banners on homepage (200px width) that looks like the ad block on right.

- Add modules for more porn streaming site options to be grabbed/embbed..

- To create a module for importing videos uploaded to localhost server(using ftp to e.g public_html/videos_temp for AVS to convert into server video files.
