Hello, I need a Agenda for use on a network in a workgroup. The application must be a multi-user agenda, written in Visual Basic, based on a .mdb file to store the appoinment data. Every user must have his own agenda. But there have to be about 5 public agenda's too. Each user must have acces to his own agenda/schedule and to the public agenda's. A user must also have access to an agenda of an other user when he is allowed to. When a user makes an appointment in a public agenda, the same appointment must automatically been made in his own agenda. There must be an ability to print out the agenda per day. The agenda must work (look) like an Outlook/Schedule+ agenda. So the user must be able to set his specific appointment by using his mouse. (no extra pop up screen while making an appointment unless requested to store extra information) I know the job can be done with Outlook in combination of Exchange Server, but I don't want to use these programs.
