application for product feed to classified site

I need a desktop or browser application to put product feed data from affiliate site to my website. My website is a classified site made form phpproads.com. see: [url removed, login to view]).

The product feed contains [art of the data that makes an ads. The other part of the data a defaults for all ads except the category. As such in the application, I need a field to input the product feed and the default variables. Also I the application should be able to check if the category name as specified in the product feed exit in my website database. If it does it should list the product under that category else it should create a new category.
