This is a project from the ground up including assessment algorithm for psychometric profiling based on the DISC model, creation of online questionnaire, a large text bank & graphics for reports, data collection, the validation process and administration website. I will create the design, page layout etc. of the end report format. Other than this report design, the project to quote on is a complete assessment system from questionnaire through to the automatic creation of the reports in pdf format and the online management of the system.
