want a programer to create a simple php/java script which will convert user posted links to my affiliate link automatically in mybb forum

in short, the posted link should get converted automatically with 1. Prefix (in above case "[url removed, login to view];MID=368423&PID=988233&CID=113765821&WID=44059&redirect=")
2. suffix (in above case "%3Futm_source%3Domg%26utm_medium%3Daffiliate%26utm_campaign%3D27aug2012")
3. get automatically cloaked [url removed, login to view]
I should be able to define prefix/suffix for various types of sites like bestylish, myntra etc.
just need some modifications on already created script [url removed, login to view]
