Arcade & Entertainment site

I need a arcade, video TV and Entertainment site. I want this to be an all in one site where the user can play games, watch TV videos, see flash animations and other audio clips. I will provide the arcade script and web sites where you can obtain the links needed for the TV video and other entertainment links. I need a good programmer / web designer who can install the scripts and create a good looking web site that offers an easy to use navigation for the user to select if they desire to play games, watch tv etc.. The person for this project will also need to crawl some sites and grab their links to embed in to our site.
