Our customer survey needs an overhaul. We've got the mechanism ready that will supply it with data, now we need the web page frontend designed.
We want a page that displays the number of calls remaining, displays the information for the customer currently being called, and the survey questions on for the current customer, with a way to check those off and save the results. This should key into the Customer_Preferences table by phone number. The CanBeCalled view should be useful for this.
We also need a method to handle a busy or no answer call. if these calls are made, and are recorded as busy or no answer, they should appear the next day, for a maximum of three total days. If they aren't successfully contacted by then, the call is considered dropped.
We also need a small page to display a few statistics, and a script which is automatically run to confirm whether or not the upload was run. For the upload confirmation script, there is a Uploaded field in the Surveys table which is set to the date the info was uploaded.
I'll include a word document with the survey questions, and provide access to our development machine.
