A2billing Asterisk PHP Script Modification

I am looking for someone to modify a a2billing php script for me to add a couple of features and tweaks. The script is written in php and usese a mysql database. What i need to do is have the script allow for customers to make payments over the phone, and allow for new customers to register via the phone.

Asterisk A2Billing php script, you will be modifying a script to add 2 new features. Customer payments by phone and customer registration by phone this is not super complicated as all you have to do is have the script process the entrys from asterisk. The application already gathers the tones pressed you just need to use the php language to process the inputs.
