This is a Web application with 2 parts/forms/pages. There is also a Logic or the way numbers are being calculated. I need a way to be able to change the calculation formula or lookup table without changing the code of the application. A kind of standard language or script that can be interpreted by the application as soon as I change and save it. I am using the form of If-Then logic but am open to suggestions. For example this is a calculation done on fields Sage, DTRG and NOS:

If Sage=

1 Then DTRG:=1+NOS

2 Then DTRG:=2.5+NOS

3 Then DTRG:=5+NOS

4 Then DTRG:=7.5+NOS

5 Then DTRG:=10

The application shall run on Microsoft Windows Server 2000 and up without any extra software. No 3rd party code should be used. No Freeware and Open source software should be used. All the code must be completely commented and a kind of map or flow chart be provided. Also you must provide support for 3 month without charge. This support would be fixing any problems and answering questions about the application. I would like the option of making small changes in the first 3 month.

First part is a web form to get visitors information and to send these info to a fixed email address. Also it will send a link (link to the second part of the application) to the visitor’s email address upon completing the form.

First name, Last name, Company name, Position in Company, phone number, email (must mention the link will be sent to this address).

The form will have a Submit botton that will check all fields to have a valid entry. If any fields are missing, the form will highlight that field(s) and ask for entry without losing what is already entered in other fields. When all fields are complete, the submit button will send these fields to a fixed email address and also email a Link to the email address entered in the form and shows a Thank you page saying "an email is sent to you to take you to the simulation".

Second part.

The second part gets some information, does some calculations and use some lookup tables and shows results in form of numbers and Gauges in the result page. The result page must be Graphic and exciting so some artistic work is needed to make it deliver the message -to scare the visitor- as much as possible. This part would also send all information plus the visitor’s email address to the same fixed email address.
