Custom Video Player

I would like a Custom Video Player, or a modification on a current non custom one that would allow me to do the following;

We have approximately 3000 MYSQL FILES, within each file is approximately 150-300 .wmv video clips.

We have already generated HTML links of all these files (in the order that we would want to play them). But what I'd like to do is have some modification to a WMV player that would allow me to load up 1 of the 3000 files, and that would play the 150-300 clips contained within the file consecutively one after the other.

I would want the clips to load consecutively with no lag, so that when one clip is playing the other clip that follows is already queued up and will play with no lag (assuming we are using the HTML function where it locates the file from the net).?

Its very important that the player allow us to enter or dump all clip locations (from an url) and that it plays the clips one after the other.

In addition to playing the clips with no lag, I'd also want the following functions;

1. The ability to Play, Pause, Stop ? Slow motion - go forward 5 secs, back 5 secs, forward 2 secs back 2 secs. In addition I'd like all these commands hot keyable so that one could use say "spacebar" to pause and play.

Etc.?

2. We'd also like the arrow keys to move to the next clip, or back to the previous clip.

YOu can customize a current video application or use javascript/php to embed windows media player or quicktime to work. We don't care its going to be used privately so no issue there.

Also it must work in a MAC as well as Windows Environment. It can be web based *play in a safari window* or not.

Its up to you.
