Create a wordpress plugin(repost) (1851017)

I would like a plugin created that will build Mobile website pages that will have standardised content.

The plugin once activated on a Wordpress site will work in the same manner as the plugin demonstrated in the video here with the exclusion of the wordpress editor.

the plugin will create a page that looks like the attached image

SEO option is not required

Abitity to add:

* standard buttons (as per image attached) these buttons will have

### "Click to Call"

### "Click to Email"

### "Click for Map"

options

* the ability to upload 3 images to be displayed in a set position on the page
