Create an Allergy Translation Website

We are building an allergy translation website that will allow users to quickly generate customizable, printable cards (in PDF format) that describe allergy restrictions to foods in various languages.
Please note we will provide the translations for each of the foods that will be included on the site.
The interface must be easily and simple to follow. The basic functionality of the site must be available to the user on the front page of the site.
The front page should allow the user to quickly select their food restrictions from a pre-specified list of foods, choose the languages they want to translate and create a printable card (in PDF format) with their selections. We will also provide you with high resolution clip-art for each of the foods listed on the site. The purpose is to give the user the option to insert graphic images of the foods on the cards they have designed. [Please see attachments for reference).
In addition, we would like to give the user the functionality to customize the size of the card so that it is printable in 3 different sizes:
1) Wallet Size ??" [3.5 inch x 2 inch]
2) Medium ??" [7 inch x 4 inch]
3) Large [8.5 inch x 11 inch]
Once the card has been designed, the user should be able to purchase the card via a merchant provider. It is important that the site allows the user to perform all of these on one page with a few simple clicks.

The top of the page should provide the user with navigation to the following sections:

- Articles
- Testimonials
- Links
- Contact Us
Each of these pages will contain content that we will provide. Please see the go to [url removed, login to view] for reference on what we need in terms of content, functionality and layout.
In addition, the basic functionality of the site, the front page should contain an RSS feed to stream news from 2 or 3 different sources. The news can be presented via a ticket or a small column, etc. The design and layout should provide this functionality in a clean and simple manner.
