Create an app that use adobe air

This site [url removed, login to view] has a software supercamconsole for live streaming. And i want to create an application like this , i take a look over the app and if i open the url "[url removed, login to view]" from [url removed, login to view](attached) its a blank page but if i want to view the source code there are a lot of code lines, and i found in the source this url '[url removed, login to view]' on tryAirPermissions js function and if i try to open this url in firefox i get the supercam page but without supercam console tab view attach([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]). I analyze the code a few days and i thing i need somebody who knows adobe air.

So i want to hire someone to realize an app that open the link as the supercam application does.
