Custom remote shell wp-admin to integrate with WHMCS

I am in search of a connector or a Shell which can be used to be a second administration tool for a wp-admin of a wp install on a host. This to be used a additional management options with the WHMCS client area. So the WHMCS customer account can be bridge to the relevant wp-admin installation. I am not in search of any WHMCS wordpress plugin from WPMDU or a like. WHMCS client area must be in the lead to manage all.
