Convert wordpress Template into Complete widgetized Framework

I already have a Complete wordpress template, responsive, with theme-options Framework and widgetized to some extent.

it also has .mo and .po language Files.

I want New Theme-option Framework to be set up, Few widgets to be added and .po and .mo File should retain its virtue and what ever new is added .po and .mo file should account for it.

Current theme is alsmost 99% Theme-check pass and 99% [login to view URL] Passed, After widget addition tjis 99% should be 100%.
