New Driver Application - Driver amoybt can be set instead of a percentage for WC, PI or flat rate

and show it when adding a driver

and when driver login show these under his info without ability to change

Billing Cycle FREE as DEFAULT

and in that case if FREE is selected

Flat Rate

rest inside Zip

Payment ONLY when project is done

not before and only when all fixed

no early milestone release
