ASAP - PHP expert - omnistar drive

Hello,
We need an expert who is familiar with [url removed, login to view] We have used this drive since 2009 and everything works fine but after we transfer everything to the new server (complete website backup) this stop to work. Software is connected with licence that is connected with domain. Any way we buy new subscription for this but this nothing works as well as omnistar company has the worst support ever seen. In 5 days they sent us one email - "This will be check"d!" After this they even close the ticket.
Before couple days after install we have some php info now after the install there are just files in list but nothing happens.
