We currently have a Joomla based site with no customization. Just a simple template. We are seek a service provide to either customize some modules to create custom modules to do the following:
A full and flexible lead management tool. The full details for this project will be provided to the winner. Using modules such as community builder create a lead tool where provider will be able to signup and create a profile.
Provider Features
- Default template we create and can control.
- WYSIWYG tool.
- Allowing us to make template or sample pages available for easy use.
- Needs to allow a photo/s.
- All provider to create a shortcut URL (ex. [login to view URL])
- Need to be able to control subscription (probably monthly price).
- Will need to be able to track and display traffic stats for the user inside their account.
- Need simple tool for provider to communicate with potential client through site.
For Customers Submitting Leads
For this project a customer will be submitting a lead through a form (probably 3 different types of leads forms). They will have a management area and be able to see proposals and then select a providers. Account management area with ability to update personal information, see lead history, list of providers who have submitted proposals. They would be able to select a service provider and then be provided with more information such as contact information for the service provider.
Admin Interface
Ability to create and manage autoresponders for lead type. For example we would want to set up an email on a schedule (once per week, twice per month, once per month, etc) to customer until they take a certain action. This action could include selecting a service provider.
Must be able to manage customers, leads, accounts (including leads, inputing credit cards in the admin, reports on number of leads, # of customers, # of lead providers).
We will also need to configure lead types so that we can match lead provider automatically so that if a service provider falls within a geographic area or service type they can automatically have information submitted as a proposal to the customer. They would then be able to submit a customized proposal. All of the contact information must of restricted from the view of the service provider and customers until the customer selects a provider.
Roles/Terms
Customers – These would be those who are submitting leads.
Service Provider – These would be the people we are submitting proposals to provide services.
Admin – This would be staff who manage data, leads and customer service. They would for us.
