*Non-profit, volunteer based, has hired limited staff (manager, coaches)
*We provide service to children (member) on “group or/and event bases”. Child may be assigned to few groups/events at the same time
*Audition and approval may needed before child is accepted
*There are might be service fee(s) applied for each service provided
*There are “volunteer committees” exist. No”sub-committees” though.
*There are might be “volunteer activities” required from child or from child’s family member/representative in addition to service fee (if exists)
*Service and committee might be tight together. In this case “volunteer activity” has to be performed in that specific area. Otherwise parent(s) may volunteer in few “volunteer groups” at the same time to accumulate total volunteer hours required
*Child may choose to pay “not-volunteered fee” if this option available
*There are might be deposit fees depending on service provided
*There might be discount for siblings
*There might be bursary/subsidy/discounts for certain children. Specific approval needed from manager
*Volunteers should be able to submit their time for approval ( by committee head or manager ?)
