Custom attribute manager for Virtuemart

We need to upgrade attribute manager ([url removed, login to view]) we have this manager.
All new options must maintain all functionality like bulk attribute set, update...
1. Display attributes as colors based on hex color values (if set).
2. Multiple checkbox of one attribute select (if set).
3. Option to set an attribute as non-editable/selectable with thumbnail images (is static) with no option to go to the cart. Like here: [url removed, login to view] (under modne hlacne nogavice, 3 images, static atributes). Just for reference.
4. add images for attributes (sizes: 1,2,3, S,M,XL..colors and patterns.) in original size or selectable size. Now are resized, look: [url removed, login to view]
5. Ability to set default properties for each attribute
You must know that we will maybe need some combination of functionality which is not described right now and will be known during developing.
Out of this attribute manager we need multiple tabs with HTML editor uder every product description in Virtuemart.
We need:
joomla [url removed, login to view] Virtuemart 1.1.9 compatibility.
joomla 1.7.x and Virtuemart 2.x compatibility.
