Dashboard Widget Builder Using JavaScript, HMTL, API, & RallyDev SDK - repost

We seek an hourly, part-time developer who can work with us over a long period of time.

We STRONGLY Prefer someone who's normal working hours overlap with the New York Time Zone!

We need a VERY skilled JavaScript / API / Web developer who has previously built widgets for dashboards. These widgets provide a summary view of underlying data that resides in a commercial, cloud bases project management tool called Rally Software. The Rally software is a tool for managing Agile Software Development Projects. The tool provides both API access to data as well as an SDK kit for writing custom Widgets that allow you to extract and present data in a graphical format - Pie Charts, Gant Charts, etc.

In Addition to the requirements outlined above, you MUST also have the following:

You MUST sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement and Work for Hire Agreement - NO EXCEPTIONS

You MUST have some basic understanding of the Agile Software Development Process - Particularly SCRUM

You MUST have experience designing graphical widgets using JavaScript and popular JavaScript libraries.

You MUST be able to take PSD Wireframes and render them faithfully using JavaScript and Graphics Libraries.

You MUST have the experience and ability to work with both the Rally SDK, but also, other OpenSource tools that would allow us to build our own stand-alone dashboards using the Rally API as the mechanism by which we extract data and compile information for presentation with our Widgets.

You MUST have proven skills with the most popular Web Opensource Standards.
