We are looking for expert Joomla web developer / designer who is able to create a RESPONSIVE Joomla 3.0 template from a PDF file. Please bid only if you have done a similar project (we check all references).
I will provide you with a Yoothemes template if you need something to start with (I have a current subscription). The template MUST be "Widgetkit" friendly.
We are in need of a competent Joomla developer for the long term and should you be able to complete this we hope to form an ongoing relationship with you.

The template design is a standard top navigation site but you will need some javascript/JQuery experience for the following features :
1- Navigation Menu (must work as shown on PG 2 of PDF)
If this is done successfully, I will extend this project and give you all to the work to finish the site.
