Add new functionality to a wordpress marketplace (built with Marketify, EDD) - new widgets, new plugins, new templates required

Hey Everyone,
I have a development job that needs coding. If you know your wordpress, PHP, CSS styling and creating/modifying page templates and widgets/plugins then this should be easy. If however, you have experience with Easy Digital Downloads’ range of plugins (front end submissions etc…) and the Marketify wordpress theme then this will be a walk in the park for you so please reach out. I really would prefer someone who’s already very familiar with this theme/plugin setup so please be honest as I’m going to want to skype with you as soon as the contract starts to discuss the functionality and you need to know the in’s and out’s of this kind of setup in order to understand the project and what I’m trying to do.
All the custom work has been wire-framed, and I have written very detailed instructions for each new feature that can be provided upon request.
All work must be completely responsive, modular and therefore operate only via new/modified widgets, plugins and page templates. All work therefore must be completely compatible with any future versions of the Marketify theme and the Easy Digital Downloads’ plugins and not break any current or future functionality.
Simplified descriptions of the things you will be asked to do in this job:
1. Create a new plugin that adds user-defined location filtering across the marketplace (eg, to show only products from a particular country). This will require some work to create plugins that allow the forced collection of location data from subscriber users upon registration, to automatically detect location based on IP address for guest users etc... Also needs to include the option for vendors to specify which countries they are willing to ship to. You will need to create a widget to house this feature in the front end and also in the FES dashboard, ensuring it’s functionality across the entire site.
2. Create a new plugin that adds new shipping features such as vendor-defined custom rates for particular countries, continents, postage type (express/regular), quantity of goods, and the ability for customers to select this in the front end. Must integrate with existing plugins such as social sharing discounts and commissions etc and function properly throughout the entire sale.
3. Modify the current search function to return results of vendor’s names too
4. Create a series of new widgets (approx 4) to display custom filtering of popular/featured products in the homepage and in the deeper /downloads/ pages These widgets will be based on existing widgets but will need to add filtering of specific categories, subcategories and tags through the addition of dropdown multiselct options for each.
5. Modify the existing /downloads/categories pages to accept these new product display widgets too.
6. Create a widget-based sidebar menu that allows selective display of subcategories with functionality that hides subcategories from all but the current category being viewed.
These new features will need to be styled appropriately in the front end too.
A proficiency in english is a must, as is a willingness to briefly discuss this job over Skype before and during development. Tailored replies only please.

7. I also need the blog formatting of the marketify theme modified (i.e., change the layout so that i have the switchable option of displaying the entire blog post on the main blog page (rather than an excerpt). Also, so that the feature image is displayed in a more standard rectangular format just below the title of the post on the main blog page, rather than in the circle cutout. Finally, the header image for each post when viewed in a single page view needs to be user defined and I need the option to override what is shown in each post and set a recurring image for each post (like standard header/slider setup). I have another wordpress site that uses a different theme that has similar formatting to what I'm after. The details will be provided upon request.
