A few revisions to website through Wordpress

Hello, I am looking for a job that I need DONE TODAY, Very urgent and should be no longer then an hr. with the right set of skills. My website is [login to view URL] I have a hostgator acount and the website is through wordpress. I have the default logo I need put on the header, The phone number attached to the logo I need changed to the same orange as on the page. The contact forms aren't working correctly when you click on the box to type in your information the text still appears. On the services page as well the contact form doesn't even show what to fill out where. On the Services/ Erectile Dysfunction page there is a dotted line that needs to be moved above the text. And on the same page The quotes need to be moved to the left of the page. Please only bid on the job if you can get it done today. Thanks in advance.
