I need a complete website built with versatile/scale-able back end GUI. The website description is simple (building it is not). I need THE ENTIRE JOB COMPLETED. The site should have the same functionality as groupon. In concert I need mobile applications created, native to IOS Android and WinPhone also using GPS. The site to be built in html5 and css3 with reactive pages. All must function across the board. The mobile phones, ipads, tablets, windows and mac etc. All page layout and design, framework etc will be the sole responsibility of the designer.
