Adding a Google Calendar to a Custom Form

I will have a online form setup for a photo booth reservation website. The form is custom and uses PHP QuickForm to get the customer, reservation, and pricing info. It will be similar to this one (which is the same client, but his other site) [login to view URL]
I will be doing the work to setup this form, what I need a freelancer to do is help adding a customized piece to this checkout form.
*Google Calendar*
Use a link to display an existing Google calendar
Allow the customer to pick a day on the calendar to 'reserve'. (only one reservation can be on each day)
If that date already has a reservation, it can not be booked and messaging should explain that to the customer
Insert the chosen date into the reservation form
Sync this new booked date back to the Google calendar after the form is submitted
