Development of Flowplayer streaming plugin

Im after a flowplayer developer to write a streaming plugin that will

* read a playlist file (similar to .m3u8) which contains many chunks of flv

* stream the playlist file

* able to seek through the entire playlist file

You will be

* an actionscript guru

* able to communicate over skype (audio or audio+video)

* able to work remotely in your own time.
