Hi,
We are a domain specific, first-of-its-kind University operating in Asia and Middle-east. We are current operating across 6 different geographical locations and plan to be in 10 locations by this year end. Our current student strngth is 2000 and we plan to add another 3000 students by March 2007.
With an established academic structure and delivery mechanisms, we wish to very aggressively pursue Online education market. We intend to launch online education programs across undrgragduate, graduate and continuing education markets.
We are looking for an integrated business solution to launch, promote and manage our Online education business. The solution should be able to offer scalable solution across following two key functions;
Act as our Marketing tool (showcases our induction/ multi-media presentations, virtual tours, brief summary of programs offered, facilities, endorsements etc.);
Function as our Delivery mechanism (Deliver lectures online, accept online admissions/payments, address prospective student/parent queires

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional site with executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
we are currently using windows advanced server 2000, along with other ms applications and components. however we are open to better suggestion etc.
